The Standard Astra radiator is weak point in the cooling system. It has plastic end tanks which are prone to expanding and leaking under pressure. Its thin core isnt to great for cooling either, especially if you have uprated engine.

This TX Autosport Aluminium Twin Core radiator, is thicker than the standard one, also the all alloy construction helps displace the heat a lot faster.
