Return of faulty goods

If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods.
The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.
All items found not to be faulty must be returned in a state where they can be resold for a full refund.
A 25% deduction will be issued for all unsellable parts.
